What is i.MOVEit?
i.MOVEit is a 6-month leadership development programme for young adults aged 18–25. It’s designed to help you gain practical leadership experience, make a real difference in your community, and prepare for future roles in Scouting.
How it Works
Kick-off Weekend:
A residential event packed with core learning sessions led by experienced trainers. You’ll explore leadership styles, project planning, and community engagement.
Action Project:
After the weekend, you’ll lead a community impact project over six months, applying what you’ve learned to create positive change.
Mentoring Support:
You’ll be paired with a mentor who will guide and support you throughout your journey.
