Our Role
The East Midlands Region Leadership Team works together to support Scouting across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, and Nottinghamshire. We provide strategic direction, resources, and guidance to ensure every young person and volunteer has the best possible experience.
Regional Lead Volunteer – Paula Evans
The Regional Lead Volunteer oversees Scouting across the East Midlands, ensuring our vision and values are delivered consistently. They work closely with County Lead Volunteers and the Regional Leadership Team to support growth, inclusivity, and quality in Scouting.
Learning Team Lead – Lynn Richardson
Responsible for volunteer development, the Learning Team Lead ensures that training and learning opportunities are accessible, engaging, and relevant. They help volunteers gain the skills and confidence needed to deliver amazing experiences for young people.
County Lead Volunteers
Our counties are led by dedicated volunteers who provide local leadership and support:
